It is time to change out my reels for the spinning rods I use for river fishing salmon and steelhead. I am making a change to the line I use for this. I am hoping it will reduce some line management issues I am having. I have links in the video description on YouTube, if you are interested.
Usually I can get more than a couple weeks out of spinning reel line, but I find I have to re-spool mid season. Line twists are difficult to deal with anytime you are fishing.
