Captain Doug Saint-Denis, who leads 365 Charters, brings decades of experience to every service we provide. As a U.S. Coast Guard licensed captain holding a 50-ton Master’s License with a towing endorsement, Doug is exceptionally qualified. Notably, he is a proud U.S. Navy veteran, having served as a Boatswain’s Mate First Class (BM1, SW) aboard the historic USS New Jersey (BB-62). During his service, Doug operated small vessels in both coastal and open-ocean conditions and later continued those duties with MIUW 101 in the U.S. Navy.
Because of his military service, Doug has traveled extensively throughout the Pacific and Indian Oceans—visiting countries such as Australia, Guam, Korea, Singapore, and the Philippines. This global experience, paired with his technical expertise and calm professionalism, ensures that every client receives high-quality, safe, and knowledgeable service.
