Afternoon Fishing Charters – 4-Hour Trips for Peak & Off-Peak Seasons
If you’re short on time but still want to enjoy an exciting saltwater fishing experience, our afternoon fishing charters offer the perfect balance. Whether you’re visiting the Seattle area or simply want to fit fishing into a busy schedule, these 4-hour charters make it easy to get out on the water.
Call in Advance to Confirm Availability
During peak season (June 1 through September 30), our mid-day charters are available to private groups of at least four anglers. Although the typical start time is between 1:00 PM and 1:30 PM, we may be able to begin earlier if the morning trip finishes ahead of schedule. This flexibility allows your group to take advantage of improved fishing conditions that may still linger from the morning.
However, it’s important to note that we only offer these mid-day trips if a morning charter is already booked for that day. Therefore, we recommend calling in advance to confirm availability.
Afternoon All-Inclusive Fishing
Our mid-day private charters depart from Shilshole Bay Marina in North Seattle—just a short ride from downtown. All trips are dock to dock and include everything you need for a safe and enjoyable time on the water.
You’ll receive:
- A clean, fully equipped vessel
- U.S. Coast Guard licensed captain
- All safety gear
- Quality rods, reels, bait, and tackle
- Friendly, professional instruction
- Free fish cleaning, filleting, and bagging
Peak Afternoon
- $310 per person, with a minimum of 4 anglers and a maximum of 6
Off-Peak Afternoon Options
Outside the busy summer months, we also offer 4-hour private charters during the off-peak season (October 1 through March 31). These trips are ideal for families, friends, or travelers with limited time or budget.
Although the start time is more flexible, most off-peak trips begin around 8:00 AM. Of course, we’re happy to adjust based on your schedule and weather conditions.

How we fish up to 6 anglers – On every trip, we troll for salmon using advanced downriggers. While we have the capacity to run three downriggers, certain tides or currents may limit us to two. Rather than overloading the lines and risking tangles, we rotate anglers for each strike. This method ensures better results and keeps the experience smooth for everyone. We also fish a third rod with a different technique without the use of a downrigger.
