Captain Doug Saint-Denis is the owner and operator of 365 Charters & Ridge to River Outdoors, LLC.
Doug is a full time charter captain and fishing guide.

Later in life, I fished for many different species of fish throughout the world catching Spanish mackerel, Wahoo, Yellowfin tuna and more.”

Doug’s most gratifying moments is to facilitate others outdoor experience. Watching anglers hook into their first Pacific Northwest fish is exciting for Doug.
Doug’s service in the United States Navy allowed him to fish in many areas around the nation and the Pacific and Indian Oceans including Australia, Japan, Guam, and Korea. Doug has been fishing for Steelhead, Salmon, Sturgeon, Trout, and Bass in the Pacific Northwest since 1990.
Serving the customer is important to Doug. However, customer service begins before you get to the boat. All of the equipment Ridge to River Outdoors uses is well maintained and well stocked. Hours of maintenance and preparation go into providing quality fishing experiences throughout the year.
Being properly licensed, insured, and trained is all part of a professional service as well.
Doug maintains a United States Coast Guard Near Coastal Masters License, TWIC card, and is a Washington State Licensed Charter and River Guide. Additionally, we hold current US Forest Service permits to operate on the Wild and Scenic Skagit River.
Ridge to River Outdoors is insured for all Charter and Sport fishing operations in Washington State.
